From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'HarvestWay' started with a humble aspiration: to introduce genuine Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Rossis inaugurated our pizza shop in 1985, which was originally a quaint, family-owned business that cherished generational recipes.
Marco Rossi, our pioneer, mastered the craft of pizza-making during her Italian voyages, particularly from skilled pizzaiolos in Naples – the cradle of pizza. After her return to the UK, she endeavored to replicate the enchantment of real Italian pizza, embracing original techniques and the most select ingredients.
Our beginnings trace back to a simple 12-seat pizzeria, now established as a cherished local gem. Regardless of our growth, our dedication to superior quality and staunch authenticity endures. Our practices still include ancient wood-fired oven baking, preparing our dough from scratch each day, and sourcing only the top-grade ingredients.
Still managed by the Rossi lineage, with the second generation at the helm of our zealous squad, 'HarvestWay' has held onto its family roots while incorporating contemporary innovations. The essence of our enterprise, however, remains: serving luscious, genuine pizza that unites patrons.
