Refund Policy at HarvestWay

Thank you for ordering with HarvestWay. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy explains how we handle refunds and returns.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel an order any time before your order has been dispatched. If you cancel before this stage, we will refund you the full amount in €.

Cancellation after Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched from our location at Pizza Square, Rome, 00184, Italy, we cannot cancel the order. However, you may choose to refuse the delivery, in which case the order will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will issue a refund minus any associated delivery fees.

Quality Concerns

If you have concerns related to the quality of the product received, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at +39 06 1234 5678. We may require photo evidence of any product with which you are dissatisfied.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If the product has been tampered with or consumed significantly, you may not be eligible for a full refund. Any item you return must be in the original packaging.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please call us at +39 06 1234 5678 and send the item to our location at Pizza Square, Rome, 00184, Italy.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
